INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 | c | Pace picante sauce |
2 | T | Packed light brown sugar |
1 | T | Dijon mustard |
4 | Boneless, skinless chicken | |

3 | c | Hot cooked rice |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix picante sauce, sugar and mustard. Place chicken in 2-quart shallow baking dish. Pour picante sauce mixture over chicken. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve with rice. Serves 4.
