INGREDIENTS

Salad Dressing prepared | ||

1 | lb | Boneless skinless chicken |
breast halves cut into | ||
strips | ||
2 | T | Chunky peanut butter |
1 | T | Honey |
1/2 | t | Crushed red pepper |
8 | oz | Thin spaghetti, cooked & |
drained | ||
3/4 | c | Carrot, grated |
1/2 | c | Green onions, sliced |
1/4 | c | Chopped cilantro |
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour 1/3 cup of the dressing over chicken in medium bowl; toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. Mix remaining dressing, peanut butter, honey and pepper; set aside. Cook chicken and marinade in large skillet on medium-high heat until cooked through. Mix spaghetti, chicken, carrot, onions and cilantro in large bowl. Add peanut butter mixture; toss to coat.
