INSTRUCTIONS
Place Melba toasts in food processor, and process until finely crushed.
Combine crushed Melba toasts and remaining ingredients in a zip-top
heavy-duty plastic bag; seal bag, and shake well. Yield: 1 cup (serving
size: 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon).
Per serving: 37 Calories; 0g Fat (7% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 8g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 2mg Sodium
Serving Ideas : Use as a coating mix for pork or poultry.
