INGREDIENTS
1/2 | lb | Roasted turkey breast, cut |
into 1/4-inch strips | ||
1 | Soft lavosh loaf * | |
1/4 | t | Red pepper flakes |
1 | t | Garlic, minced |
1 | t | Fresh ginger root, minced |
1 | T | Brown sugar |
1 | T | Minced cilantro |
2 | T | Crunchy peanut butter |
2 | T | Green onion, minced |
2 | T | Reduced-sodium soy sauce |
1 | Lime, juice with pulp | |
1/2 | t | Lime rind, grated |
INSTRUCTIONS
In medium bowl, combine lime juice, soy sauce, green onions, cilantro, peanut butter, brown sugar, ginger root, garlic, lime rind, pepper flakes and turkey strips. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 2.Unfold lavosh; drain turkey mixture, if necessary, and spread evenly along lower quarter of bread. 3.Roll up tightly and cut into four equal portions.
