Ingredients: 1/2 c Butter; 1/2 ts Salt; 1/8 ts White Pepper; 2 tb Minced Parsley; 1 tb Lemon Juice

INGREDIENTS

1/2	c	Butter
1/2	ts	Salt
1/8	ts	White Pepper
2	tb	Minced Parsley
1	tb	Lemon Juice

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cream butter until fluffy.
2. Beat in next 3 ingredients; add lemon juice drop by drop.
3. Store in covered jar in the refrigerator.
4. Add a teaspoon butter to each steak after broiling.
