INGREDIENTS

1 c Chopped pecans
1 c Flour
1/2 c Butter
3 T White sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Crumb this together and pat into 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 for 25 min.
Let cool completely.  Mix: 8oz cream cheese 1 cup icing sugar 1/2 tub
cool whip (approx. 2  cups) Spread over crumb mixture.  Mix: 2 cups
cold milk 1 3oz pkg each of instant chocolate and vanilla  pudding
Spread over cream cheese mixture.  Spread remaining Cool Whip as an
icing and decorate with chocolate  shavings.  I've been inspired to
whip up a batch of this again. It is so good!  Crust  File
