INSTRUCTIONS
Crumb this together and pat into 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 for 25 min. Let cool completely. Mix: 8oz cream cheese 1 cup icing sugar 1/2 tub cool whip (approx. 2 cups) Spread over crumb mixture. Mix: 2 cups cold milk 1 3oz pkg each of instant chocolate and vanilla pudding Spread over cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip as an icing and decorate with chocolate shavings.
