2 Boneless pork chops; (cut into strips)
1 Head broccoli
8 oz Sliced mushrooms
2 Bell peppers; sliced
1 tb Chopped garlic
1 ts Salt
1 ts Black pepper
2 tb Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  PROCEDURE:
Saute pork in olive oil until lightly brown. Add mushrooms, broccoli, and
peppers. Saute until vegetables become tender. Add salt, black pepper,
garlic. Serve over wild rice or pasta.
