1 | Onion, chopped | |
1/4 | c | Fresh parsley, chopped |
1/4 | c | Olive or vegetable oil |
2 | T | Lemon juice |
2 | T | Capers |
1/4 | t | Red pepper sauce |
Lettuce leaves | ||
6 1/8 | oz | Tuna in water, drained |
Lemon wedges, if desired |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix beans, bell pepper, onion and parsley. Shake oil, lemon juice, capers and pepper sauce in tightly covered container. Toss oil mixture and bean mixture. Spoon onto lettuce. Top with tuna.
