INSTRUCTIONS
GENERAL
FOR THE DRESSING
TO SERVE
Place the pulses in a bowl with the onion and pepper.
Place all the dressing ingredients in a screw top jar, secure the lid and
shake well until thoroughly mixed. Pour over the bean mixture and combine
well.
Line a serving bowl with the lettuce leaves and spoon the salad into the
centre.
