1 ts French mustard
1 ts Dijon mustard
1 tb White wine vinegar
2 ts Caster sugar
1 ts Tomato puree
4 tb Olive oil
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all the ingredients in a blender and then process. Slowly add the oil
and then strain the dressing through a wire sieve to remove the tomato
pips. Reserve the dressing for the salad and serve apart.
