INSTRUCTIONS
1. Grind the pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds finely in a food processor
or nut mill.
2. Add the onion, celery, carrot, parsley, ketchup and shoyu and blend
again until the mixture holds together. Season to taste.
3. Use the Three Seed Spread as a sandwich filling - add lots of crunchy
salad - or serve as a first course accompanied by a side salad with either
a creamy yoghurt and cucumber or tofu and lemon dressing.
