NOTES : From the City of Morelia, in Michoacan,Mexico, a street vendor
serves this drink rapido and saludable y sabroso. Tinoco has worked a busy
intersection for 24 years and the City is famous for these fruit drinks.
Common substitutions are watermelon, papaya and cantaloupe for the fruits
or peeled and seeded cucumber for the jicama. You might try adding some of
the hot sauce to the juices for a mas chile drink. If you can, find the
white questo anejo (also called anejado or cotija) cheese.
