INGREDIENTS

4 oz Flour
1 ts Butter
1 pn Salt
1/2 c Milk
1 Eggs
1 lb Pork sausages
1/2 c Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 425. Sift flour and salt into bowl. Beat to smooth batter
with egg, milk, and melted butter. Stir in milk. Arrange sausages in small
shallow baking tin and bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven, pour batter over
sausages, and bake another 30 minutes. Reduce temperature to 400 and bake
another 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately. Source: Dairy Book of Family
