INGREDIENTS

450 g Pork sausages; (1lb)
175 g Sieved plain flour; (6oz)
2 lg Eggs
275 ml Milk; (1/2 pint)
50 g Dripping or vegetable oil; (2oz)
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In a frying pan fry the sausages until lightly golden brown but not
overcooked. Place into the tray with the dripping or oil.
In a large bowl beat the eggs and flour together with a whisk. Slowly
incorporate the milk and whisk well, pass through a fine sieve and season
with salt and pepper.
Place the tray of sausages in the oven until hot for approx 3-4 minutes.
Arrange the sausages evenly around the tray and pour in the batter and cook
for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
