INSTRUCTIONS
Put the rice in a small skillet and toast it for 3 minutes over medium-high
heat, shaking the pan, so the grains color evenly. Let the grains cool.
Transfer to a spice grinder and grind to a sandy powder. This recipe yields
1/4 cup toasted rice powder.
