Eggs Bobbie not, Ground chic, Main dishes, Onions 8 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 lb Lean ground turkey
3 tb Worcestershire sauce
2 tb Dijon mustard
2 Eggs; or 1/2 cup egg substitute
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 c Bread crumbs
1 tb Parsley; fresh or dried
1 sm Onion; diced
1/2 Green bell pepper; diced
1 tb Minced garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute onion and pepper with garlic unitl tender, set aside. Combine turkey
with remaining ingredients and mix well. |Add in onion and green peppers.
Shape into loaf and place in a shallow baking dish or loaf pan. Bake at 350
F. for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Halfway through baking, glaze meatloaf with
either honey mustard, barbecue suace or catsup.
Serves 8.
