3/4 c Olive oil; (up to 1)
8 tb White vinegar
2 ts Salt
8 ts Curry powder
2 ts Sugar
2 Cloves garlic
Fresh vegetables for dipping; (carrot, celery, bell pepper, etc)
Regular or whole wheat pita bread; cut into wedges

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend.
2. Serve with fresh chopped vegetables and wedges of pita bread.
