INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Minced onion
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 tb Minced fresh basil; (or 3/4 tsp. dried)
1 1/3 c Light olive oil
1/2 c Cider vinegar
1/2 c Tamari soy sauce
1 lb Tofu; water pressed out

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend everything but tofu in a blender or food processor. Then add tofu a
little at a time and blend until smooth. Non-silken tofu must blend a long
time to get smooth enough to remove the "grainy" feel.
