INSTRUCTIONS
from Tofu Plus by Bob Crimmins
Mix ingredients together in blender. Pour into a shallow pan. Dip slices of
bread into batter and fry on a hot, oiled skillet. Brown well on both
sides.
Tip: Serve these with butter or a thin layer of peanut butter and maple
syrup.
