INSTRUCTIONS
Mix mashed tofu with parmesan and garlic. Oil pan -- layer noodles with
sauce, cheese, mushrooms & tofu mix.
top layer should be noodle with sauce & cheese. Bake @ 350 for 45
minutes (or 400 for 35 minutes)
