INGREDIENTS

2 c Tofu; mashed
1 c Onion; chopped
1 c Rolled oats
1/2 c Walnuts; chopped
3 tb Peanut butter
4 tb Tamari
2 Garlic cloves; pressed
1/2 ts Sage

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well, using your hands if
necessary.
Press the mixture into a well-oiled loaf pan.
Run a knife around the edges of the pan and unmold th eloaf onto a serving
platter. Surround the platter with colorful ssteamed vegetables and serve
with a sauce.
