INSTRUCTIONS
This dressing isn't fatfree, but very low fat and delicious. I make my mayonnaise from tofu and find the following recipt very tasty. I use it on sandwiches all the time. Place all ingredients in a blender and whip til smooth. Depending on your blender, you might need to do this in two batches. The real test for this mayo was when I served it to my mayo officionado daughter for her artichoke. She loved it.
