1/2 sm Onion; minced
1 Clove garlic
1/2 sm Carrot; grated
1 pn Chili powder
1/8 ts Paprika
2 tb Cider vinegar
1/8 ts Black pepper
1/2 lb Tofu

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend or process until smooth. Refrigerate. Makes 1-1/2 cups.
