1/3 c Lemon juice
4 ts Sugar
1 ts Salt
4 tb Oil
2 ts Basil
1 ts Garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

Grind tofu through a food mill or mash with fork. Mix in other ingredients.
Use in recipes that call for a Ricotta style filling.
