INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, along with 1
tablespoon of water. Puree to a smooth consistency. Serve immediately
or keep in the refrigerator for several days. Spoon about 1
tablespoon over each side-dish vegetable serving.
Good over steamed broccoli, cooked bulgur wheat.
Makes 16 (1 cup) servings. Per serving: 11 calories, 1 gram fat.
