INGREDIENTS

5 Very ripe tomatoes; (peeled)
3/4 lb Brie; (chopped, with rind removed)
1/4 c Fresh basil; (chopped)
4 Cloves garlic; (crushed)
1/4 c Extra virgin olive oil
1 lb Linguine

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel and chop tomatoes and garlic and mix with basil and oil. Add brie to
tomato mixture and Let stand at room temp. for 2 hours.Cook pasta and serve
hot with sauce. Heat from noodles will melt cheese and warm sauce.
