INGREDIENTS

1/4 | t | Cumin |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients except dill, cilantro, cumin, cayenne & salt. Bring to a boil & simmer for 25 minutes. Let cool slightly, then puree. Stir in remaining ingredients with some salt & pepper.
