INGREDIENTS

2 Onions, minced
2 Cloves garlic, chopped
1 t Olive oil
4 c Chopped plum tomatoes
1 c Diced sweet red peppers
1/4 c Diced celery
2 T Chopped green chilies
2 c Stock
2 t Fresh dill, chopped
2 T Chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 t Cayenne
1/4 t Cumin

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients except dill, cilantro, cumin, cayenne & salt.
Bring to a boil & simmer for 25 minutes. Let cool slightly, then
puree. Stir in remaining ingredients with some salt & pepper.  Serve
