INGREDIENTS

| 2 | tb | Fennel frond or cilantro; finely chopped |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the fennel and the tomatoes. Mix together the Dijon mustard, vinegar, and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over the dressing the fennel and tomatoes.
