INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl mix together the ingredients for the dressing: the Harissa,
lemon juice and olive oil (3-4 parts oil to 1 part lemon juice) and a pinch
of salt. Whisk together and add freshly ground black pepper.
Lay out the sliced tomatoes on a plate and sprinkle with the chopped onion,
spoon the dressing over the tomatoes and garnish with the chopped
coriander, if required, and serve immediately.
