INGREDIENTS

12 md Onions
10 md Green tomatoes
6 c Green or green & red peppers
4 c Vinegar
6 c Sugar
2 c Water
1 1/2 ts Turmeric
1/2 tb Celery seed
1/2 tb Mustard seed
1/2 c Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop onions, tomatoes and peppers. Add salt. Let stand overnight. Drain.
Put other ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Add drained vegetables
to liquid and bring to a boil. Cook 10 minutes, then simmer 10 minutes. Put
in airtight jars. No processing necessary.
