INGREDIENTS

1 T Olive oil
1/2 lb Bacon, finely diced
1/2 Onion, diced
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 14.5 oz crushed tomatoes
5 T Tomato paste
2/3 c Chicken broth
1/4 t Basil
1/4 t Oregano
1/2 t Dried parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Place oil and bacon in pan. Cook bacon until brown. Add onion and
garlic and cook until soft. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer
for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over prepared
