INSTRUCTIONS
Chop vegies and steam 4 -5 minutes. Combine with puree, tomatoes, 60g
kidney beans and herbs and seasoning to taste. Simmer 15 minutes.
60 g fresh wholemeal bread
1/2 cup fruit salad
