INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put all ingredients except dry milk into pot, add 5 cups cold water, and
bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer. 2. Add 1 cup water to dry milk powder
and make a smooth cream. Add to simmering soup, cover, and cook 5-10
minutes.
Make dumplings to go with this soup. Makes 6-7 cups, not including
dumplings.
