INSTRUCTIONS
In a skillet, heat oil over moderate heat. Add garlic and peppers until
tender. Add tomatoes, basil, parsley, oregano, marjoram, and rosemary.
Cook just until tomatoes' juices thicken, 7 to 10 minutes. Pour over
cooked pasta.
