INGREDIENTS
1 | 9-" pastry shell | |
1 | c | Sliced spring onions |
4 | Strips bacon, cooked crisp | |
1 | c | Grated cheddar cheese |

3/4 | c | Half & half |
1/2 | t | Salt |
1/4 | t | Black pepper |
1/8 | t | Garlic powder |
3 | Plum tomatoes, thickly | |
sliced 3 to 4 | ||
1 | t | Italian seasoning |
1 | Green pepper, optional |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350. Cook bacon until crisp, and drain and crumble. Spread sliced onions over pie crust. Top with crumbled bacon (green peppers) and cheese. Put eggs, half and half, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in the blender. Blend until well mixed. Pour egg mixture over ingredients in pie crust.
