INSTRUCTIONS
Recipe By : Ted Dahlen "Smoke Seafood"
Remove skin and bones from fish. Flake the fish. Cream the cheese and
seasonings. Add fish and mix thoroughly. Slice stem ends off the tomatoes.
Hollow out centers carefully. Fill with fish mixture. Chill. Serve on salad
greens.
