INSTRUCTIONS
On large shallow platter or in shallow container with lid, arrange tomato slices, onions, olives and watercress. (CUMIN DRESSING:) Combine olive oil, lemon juice, sugar, salt, cumin, pepper and turmeric. Pour dressing over vegetables. Cover and marinate at room temperature for 1 hour or in refrigerator for several hours.
