INSTRUCTIONS
Cut tomatoes in med. slices. Place in a bowl, sprinkle w/ parsley. Mix
garlic, oil, vinegar, salt, basil and pepper. Pour over tomato and parsley.
Cover and chill 3hrs or overnight.
