(10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup |

Cheddar cheese, shredded |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut zucchini in 1/2 inch pieces and cook until barely tender, drain/ Place
1/2 of zucchini in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. (I spray dish with
pam) In skillet, combine ground beef, onion, rice and seasonings. Pour meat
mixture over zucchini, spoon cottage cheese on top, add remaining zucchini.
Spread soup over all and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° uncovered until
bubbly.
