INGREDIENTS
8 | oz | Tortellini |
4 1/2 | oz | Shiitakes |
1 | t | Garlic |
1 | t | Fresh herbs of your choice |
1/2 | c | White wine |
1/2 | c | Cream |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Set aside. Saute shiiakes with garlic, fresh herbs, and white wine for 3 minutes. Slowly add cream and reduce to sauce. Add tortellini and heat to serve.
