12 oz pkg semisweet chocolate; or 2 cups |

8 oz carton dairy sour cream |

Fresh strawberries; halved(optional) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Reserve 1/2 cup of the sour cream
In a medium saucepan melt chocolate over low heat stirring occasionally.
Stir in sour cream.(less 1/2 cup) Remove from heat. Cool.
Place 1 tortiila on a serving plate. Spread a scant 1/3 cup of the
chocolate mixture atop. Repeat with remaining tortillas and chocolate
mixture.
In a small bowl stir together the 1/2 cup of sour cream and powdered sugar.
Dollup mixture atop torte. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight.
The tortillas will soften for easy slicing.
Before serving garnish with fresh strawberries if desired. Serves 8 to 10.
