INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare any of the stir-fried mixtures listed below; leave it in the
pan. Then add 1/4 cup stock and heat.
2. Arrange the parboiled noodles (see "Parboiled Noodles #1/#2") over the
top of the stir-fried mixture. Cover pan and cook 2 minutes over medium
heat.
3. Sprinkle the noodles with 1/2 teaspoon sugar and 1-1/2 tablespoons of
either soy or oyster sauce; then blend in well and serve. STIR-FRIED
MIXTURES FOR NOODLES (see recipe):

9.  Lo Mein Stir-Fried Crabmeat Mixture
10. Lo Mein Miscellaneous Stir-Fried Mixture
