INGREDIENTS

3 c Beans, black cooked very
thick
8 oz Cream cheese, cubed
12 Tostadas, small
1 Onions, minced
1 Avocado, cut in strips
1 Chile, chipotle cut in
strips

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the beans with the cream cheese, but do not allow the mixture to
boil, as the cheese and beans should remain seperate. Spread a layer
of the mixture on the tostadas, followed by a layer of onion, avocado
