1 15-oz. black-eyed peas
drained
1 15-oz. white or yellow
hominy drained
1/2 c Chopped mild onion
1/4 c Chopped fresh cilantro
1 c Hot salsa
2 Garlic cloves, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

In large bowl, stir together all ingredients well; cover and
refrigerate to let flavors blend, at least two hours or overnight.
