INGREDIENTS

2 lb Leftover chicken; beef, Pork, or whatever, ground
2 c Mayonnaise
1 c Sweet pickle relish
2 Onions; chopped
3 Stalks celery; chopped
1 sm Packet sliced almonds
2 tb Capers

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Grind meat through a coarse food blade.
2. Mix all ingredients together well. Refrigerate overnight.
3. Make into sandwiches or use as a spread on crackers.
