INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the sausage into 2-inch pieces; slash each piece with a sharp knife to
cut through. The skin and about 1/4-inch into the meat. Place sausage in a
10 x 6 x 2-inch dish. Arrange all of the peppers and onion rings around and
over the sausage pieces. In a screw top jar, combine the beer and prepared
mustard; shake well. Pour over mixture in dish. Micro-cook, covered with
vented, clear plastic wrap, on 100% power (High) for 9 to 11 minutes or
until sausage is hot and vegetables are just tender, turning dish once.
Serve sausage and onion with a slotted spoon. Makes 4 servings.
