INSTRUCTIONS
Peel and segment grapefruit and oranges. Also squeeze the juice. Combine
cut grapefruit, oranges, mango, red onion, peppers, cilantro, salt and oil.
Toss carefully.
Yields 6 servings. Serve over fish, chicken or pork.
