Split chicken breasts, or as many as you can fit in a 5-quart sauce pan |

INSTRUCTIONS
I got this recipe from my roomate Troy, who got it from his mom, who got it
from...
Chop the onion and saute with garlic in oil until it begins to turn
transparent. Place split breasts in the pan breast down. Add catsup, soy
sauce, sugar, bay leaves, chili paste, and ginger. Then fill pan to top
with water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn down heat and let cook
covered for one hour.
