INSTRUCTIONS
GARNISH
In a well chilled bowl, mix tuna, Tabasco pepper sauce, chives, olive oil,
and salt and pepper together. In a parfait glass, alternate layers of tuna
mixture, wasabi tobiko and osetra caviar. Top with whipped cream and two
chives.
Yield: 4 appetizer servings
