Salad 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 pk (3-oz) lemon gelatin
1 c Boiling water
1/2 c Cold water
1 1/2 tb Lemon juice
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/2 tb Grated onion
1 Chopped cucumber
1 cn (7-oz) tuna
1/4 c Sliced; stuffed green olives

INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water, juice, mayonnaise and
onion. Beat with fork. Chill until thick and syrupy. Fold in remaining
ingredients; pour into 1-1/2 quart mold. Chill until firm.
